Your portrayal of the human body in action in a static and linear environment is amazing! The linear dynamics from the dancers' movements contrast to the geometric setting in which they dance in. The fifth picture displays active motion even when you captured the dancers in almost vertical stance. You captured in a moment which they remained free in rhythm that sets them apart from their setting. There is excellent experimentation on movement and perspectives to shoot which worked very well for these pictures.
I truly enjoy the high key contrast that your were able to capture in each of these images. The darks and lights help mirror the dynamic movement of the figures. It is evident that you have a way of capturing people and have an eye for portraiture. I appreciate your experimentation of the organic shapes of the dancers against the linear setting of the studio. This juxtaposition creates an interesting composition as well as a sense of movement in the work.
Hey, I Like how you were able to freeze some of the motion in these photos. But you also got some blurred motion photos on here, which demonstrates the movement in dancing. They are great.
Very good job on the contrast of all these images, especially the first and ninth one! Putting all of the lighting gear on the roof into perspective really made the first image a successful one. It gives the dance studio a grandeur appearance, but does not distract from the movement captured from the dancers.
